plz see my screen shot did i hitthe roof coz when i saw the reply ,at the fram i took this screen shot , when i watched it in the replay, i wasnt able to see the ball coz i lost it in the black texture of the roof ... plz tell me did i hit or it just bcoz of my gfx

Yes, the ball actually bounces off the roof if you use my mod. But I didn't get anything hitting the roof at the MCG. The roof is simply is too high. I got many bouncing off the roof which I put on the Lahore Stadium.

well actually when i hit the shot ... (im tellingu about the replay) it went slowly up nad when it got to the top (thats when i thought it hit the roof) it can speeding towords the crowd and it wasnt at a normal speed ( usual speed of ball coming down) ..... u r rite it isn't easy to hit the roof and play a shot as i as i played ... many would say that i used a cheat code but seriously i didn't use any ..... wht i did was that the bowler was saqlain mushtaq and the batsman was hayden .... the ball was on the leg stump (full toss) when the ball came .. i waited and then when it crossed nearly half the pitch ... i came down the wicket and hit the ball (u can see in the screen shot that the batsman was still in the motion of shot ) .. thats how i did it

The ball does bounce when it hits the roof. It took me nearly two weeks to get this done. There is still a bug. The ball will disappear momentarily. But I didn't want to mess up with the good work I had done.

This part was the most difficult part as it involved changing the mesh itself.

Yes, this has happened to me many times and I also take wickets like this (sometimes when I get tired of playing) in test matches when I play C2k2.

The bowler bowl the ball on the leg side and if you decided to leave it alone, it will hit on your leg,pads or even helmet and if there is a fielder there he will catch and your OUT!!!!!!!!!!

wht happened was that the ball hit the pad of the batsman and went in the hands of the fielder at short leg and was given out ... another bad decission by the umpire (i wish in c2k4 umpires refer to the third umpire or wear extra glasses :tease: )

here is an other SS ... take a look at it .. one of my perfect LBWs .... (i was lucky as i was the bowling team this time : : )

It just missed

The most annoying thing is when the batsman gets hit and the ball slowly (and I mean slowly) rolls towards the stumps.....

yeap wackojacko .. thats one of ur bats

and yes andrew ..ur rite ...it is annoying .. and the most annoying thing is that u cant stop it from hitting the stumps .... i think there is a lot to be done to make c2k4 a perfect game ( if not perfect .... atleast these bug fixes from c2k2)
