Anyway, I'm surprised we haven't seen this more from New Zealand.

:laugh That genuinely made me LOL.

That headline reminded me of a Karl Pilkington 'Educating Ricky' so much, it's exactly the sort of drivel he'd read and believe to be true, claiming that a lamb was born with a human head. It's not a human head, it's a mutated lambs head that by co-incidence happens to look like a human face. That's if it's not a hoax of course.
