well everyone has a personal opinion but it looks awesome to me

Haha, nice.

I'm using Lucid Lynx on a virtual machine since the software I write needs to work on all 3 major OSes. I did buy a 500gig hard disk to run a native installation but since it performs so well on a VM, didn't need to do that.

Anyways, this is getting OT now.

There's really not much point me posting my desktop - it changes every thirty seconds. But, to give you a taste:

You get the idea.

If there was one thing that Win 7's 'slideshow' desktops were made for, it's this.

I haven't got any icons at all on my desktop. All my folders have been organised into 'library' folders and my taskbar auto hides when not being used. Icons would completely ruin the look.
