Do a hard refresh of the browser. The banner is probably cached.

Restarts don't help in clearing browser cache (I think). Try doing Ctrl+F5 (for chrome ans firefox)..not sure what the shortcut is for others.

The "spy" emoji () keeps disappearing and reappearing, both in posts, draft posts and the window where you select emojis, using Chrome on Windows 10. Works find with Safari on mobile. Other emojis are normal.

I love the icon, so when he disappears it just means I've taken him home with me!
