The weather guy has been wrong 3 times in a row, he said it was gonna snow on Sunday
and then said it was gonna snow today, i hope he gets it right for tommorrow. We need

Scotland always has precipitation, whether its clear or white, things fall from the sky a lot!! So you've always got a greater chance of it snowing.

Here in the North West, 20 minutes outside of Manchester, its always dull and dreary, but always rains and never snows! I don't understand it!
