Compiled Facts/Features:

FEATURE: #1, 20th September

There are over 40 statistical data that are used in modelling various algorithms in the game.

Real life career statistics of various different players of recent time were studied to model the Player Evolution System (PES).

FEATURE: #2, 25, 26 September : Factors that affect the player

There are several factors that affect your career player (one factor will be released every day)

1. Batting Skill: Every player starts with a base batting skill. The batting skill can be improved by playing practice sessions. It also tends to increase as the experience increases. A long period of absence from playing cricket will activate the damping process, which will start a downwards trend.

2. Bowling Skill: Similar to the batting skill factor, every player starts with a base bowling skill rated as percentage. You can decide on what path your career player has to travel. Concentrating on Bowling skills will lead to a slight deterioration trend of batting skill, but it will take some practice to balance both skills.
Your player may start as a batsman, but your actions may make him a specialist bowler and a part-time batsman after few years, or vice versa.
