I really think we need password protecting for the downloads in this forum as I have recently reported a few cases of plagiarism in this forum. I don't think they are bothered about a 3 month ban as they will create a new account most of the time. It is just my opinion either support it or reject it.

How will it help? If someone wants to plagiarise something they will just download it, remove the protection and reupload it.
