My head tells me quite clearly that Aus will win the Ashes again. Although we're playing better than we have for a long time, they are also playing superbly. My heart though means that I'll go to as many Tests as I can afford to and try to believe that maybe just maybe we could wipe the smirks off their faces for a few years.

England will be able to win the ashes.... they have alreay beaten australia in the champions trophy and they have an amazing test record this year..... there are going to be some tight matches.

It won't even be competitive. Strauss may put up a fight as he's yet to experience an Ashes series but that'll be it. Harmison isn't as good as he seems. He only bowls to teams with average batsman and only 1 or 2 good batsman. When he bowls to Australia, with the greatest batting lineup in the world you'll see how mediocre he really is.

If any tem played aus in any country, on any pitch's, they would get beat in a series. Aus are not the best team in the world for no reason!

Im an england fan and even after seeing our amasing comeback against south africa, i cant see any way of us beating aus in the ashes!!

Aus are just too good at getting out of bad situations, plus the fact they are too good at getting themselves into winning positins in which they dont get themselves out of (unlike eng. For instance against south africa in the last test, against th windies in the icc final, an against aus in the world cup 2003!!!!)

Above all, Brett Lee's on the sidelines. If he were ay nationality except australian, he'd be the opening bowler for their test side!!!!!! Doesn't that show how aus are in a different league to the rest of the world!!!!

Yeah i agree with you there don harbhajan killed aus in india taking around 8 and 9 wicket's.

if I remember correctly,it was Shoaib Akhtar who was over celebrating in the first test(the matthew hayden incident).So he should be banned right?
