I think Kev wants his taken off since he has no votes so far. Anyway, Binnu should easily win from here. There wasn't much contest this month. There aren't too many stories going on at the moment. Will be a better contest when Gary's is up and Funknath's CR story gets running and Blakes story which has been great to read so far.

Voting for your story doesn't matter if you really think you deserve to win you can vote for your story. Although you are saying your brother voted for you that in a sense means that was not your fault so dude go ahead and take that vote as your brother vote. I wish he would have voted for me.

By the way, I did it only for making this thread active. No specific intensions behind this event. And see the last month's sotm thread. It had many posts where as it had the last post when I posted a week back. So, some activity was needed in this thread for making people open this thread and utilise their vote

Sad times indeed. Gone are the days when the story writers had a bit of dignity and didn't vote for their own stories Bring back the days of (active) Suren, M_Waugh, Gamerkid, Arslaan, treva and freddiw, when the story forum was at it's height and people just wrote for fun, not for a silly SOTM award. Also the actual quality of writing is now appaling. I know it is down to the higher proportion of non-English speakers in this part of the forum, but is it really hard to proof read? If I go into a story and I am struggling to understand it after a few lines I'm just going to exit out. Only see the point on commenting on stories which actually deserve it.
