Round 1 - 28th March 6:00 PM to 29th March 5:59 PM
Round 2 - 29th March  6:00 PM to 30th March  5:59 PM
Round 3 - 30th  March 6:00 PM to 31st March  5:59 PM
Round 4 - 31st March  6:00 PM to 1st April 5:59 PM
Round 5 - 1st April 6:00 PM to 2nd April5:59 PM
Round 6 - 2nd April 6:00 PM to 3rd April 5:59 PM
Round 7 - 3rd April 6:00 PM to 4th April 5:59 PM
Round 8 - 4th April 6:00 PM to 5th April 5:59 PM

2) if a round finishes before the time period, managers can start the next round immediately.
3) last person to post his pick in a round can start off the next round.

5) Any Overseas International player can be picked, can be capped or uncapped.
6) any international player who is retired from international cricket, but plays franchise cricket can be picked

the actual will remain the same, because first 3 three rounds has only one player to be picked. can't make others wait to pick 1 player after a time gap.
by the time drafts reach the midway, the drafts speed will gradually decrease. it won't make a much of problem, I guess
