Breaking a bio-bubble and thereby risk exposing the virus to members of your playing staff- one year punishment seems to set a good benchmark. I hope the ICC consider this action of the SLC and implement this during the WT20 in UAE/Oman. You certainly don't want any players breaking the bubbles and creating further troubles for a tournament of this stature.
