All improvements have been made. With the ODI series between England and Zimbabwe starting tomorrow, English stadiums cannot make any more improvements to their facilities.

No, the second one day international is tomorrow and the third and final match is on Friday.

I am trying to make the schedules to be as realistic as possible. I am playing a match, then giving a rest day to travel to the next stadium and so on.

Sorry, stadiums in England can't improve their facilities until after the one day international series between England and Zimbabwe.
