Sad that you don't get enough comments,that neymar cut looks brilliant,the body is smooth,it is just the hair which doesn't look good,but very good effort on trying to make it realistic.
The Kiwis one too is good,keep practicing and make sure you follow tutorials.
About the neymar one,really good one there,the texture placement doesn't look good,and maybe try placing stocks at wierd positions[really works out well].
