Stream content on a TV

Hi, I have a very specific requirement, which is to display some content like pictures, text content, etc on a TV screen in my shop.
There are 2 parts to the problem
1. How to relay content on the TV
2. How to make the content in a format where it can be easily relayed.

The pictures are just product photographs, which can be played like a slideshow - easy thing to accomplish, either by connecting a pen drive on the TV, or through a computer connected via HDMI.
The problem I'm facing is how to relay the text content. The text is supposed to be dynamic (It is basically showing the gold rate - think of it like the stock market tickers we see on news channels, albeit changing at a much lower frequency - like 5 times a day), and the source is a webpage. Making images of the text 5 times a day and uploading it on the pen drive is not an option I'm willing to consider.
Is there a way where I can connect the TV to the computer (wirelessly preferred), and set it to run some program which shows the slideshow/text? The way I want my display to behave is like: 5 random product pics from a set of photographs, then display the text, and repeat the pics (again randomly from the same set), and text indefinitely.

I suppose I would have to dedicate a computer for this purpose, however, if there is a way where I can connect 2 displays to a computer and have them displaying different, unrelated things, that would be perfect.

I still haven't bought a TV for this purpose, so if there is anything specific I have to consider, I will.

Had a look at ChromeCast, but wasn't sure how it will work.

If there is any software/hardware which can serve my purpose, I'd be glad if someone can direct me to it.

Any sort of help would be appreciated. I'm certainly lost at the moment how to proceed.

Mirracast would be the technology you want

An overview of it on Windows 8.1: Windows 8.1 on your big screen with Miracast

And a device that does all the stuff, including a box to plug into any TV: Amazon.com: Actiontec SBWD100KIT01 ScreenBeam Kit Wireless Display Receiver & Transmitter for Non-WiDi Laptops/ Miracast Devices: Electronics

The idea would basically be the screen adds itself as an extended desktop, so you can just move a full screen browser window to that and leave it - allowing you to use the PC as normal while it's powering it.

I haven't used it myself - the main reason I've heard of it was the pamphlet for this when I bought my last phone, which does it with NFC pairing.

Thanks! A brief look seems promising. I'll read up on this further. Atleast I know a direction to proceed now.. :)
