For BLIC im not sure u can stump behind, unless a fielders throws it to the wicketkeeper, as you cant hit the ball while moving down the wicket, batsmen are always be in thier crease, hope this helps
There are no stumpings in BLIC, all there is are run-outs which is a shame. Even if they did run and the wicket-keeper threw it at the stumps it would still be classed as a run-out.

Technically if the batsman misses the ball and runs, and the wicketkeeper collects the ball and throws directly at the stumps, its stumped I think. That happened in the England v SA tied ODI match last year.
Anyway. The no stumpings/no charge down wicket shot is a very disapointing part of the game . Even the run-outs are poor, they only happen at the wicketkeepers end and the throws never miss the stumps.
If the batsman attempts a run it's run out. If the wicket keeper throws the ball its a run out, even if the batsman was out of his ground playing a shot. I did this once in a match and didn't get the stumping, but got a runout instead
