Despite the rules being clear on swearing, a lot of people do it around the forum.
We have to remember that this is an all age forum and we welcome kids onto the forums.
I think some of you maybe have misunderstood about the swear filter. It is only there to mask swear words temporarily so a moderator can get around to deal with it.
Any post that contains swearing will be edited/deleted (depending on severity) and if people continue to swear we will give them an infraction under 'avoiding the swear filter'. Hopefully we won't have to resort to that too often and that everybody will respect the kids that come to PC and read your contributions.
Abbreviation of swearwords like wtf are also classed as swearing and will be dealt with like any other swear word.
Just remember, if you see anyone using a swear word in a post use the post report function
