Yeah, Dexter would be a flop with Hall's acting. I love supernatural due to Dean. His one liners are damn funny. If you have seen the recent episodes you would remember this :

Sam: So what, you think Batman is raping those girls?
Dean:He does carry a rage dude

I like the spoof episodes they make in supernatural. This season already had 2 spoofs. One on Twilight that was "Live free or Twi-hard". There were a lot of comments about the movie. Like, there was a pic of A vampire watching a girl whil sleeping on the cover of a book. So dean said" Dude, he's watching her sleep, hows that not Rapey?" .Or when Dean was about to cry in a emo scene, he said to himself, "Damn, I'm pattersoning."

Other Spoof episode was on X files, "The truth is in here"

Did anyone saw the 5th episode of Supernatural this season? It was all Twilight. Same dialogues and then there were Dean's comments on Twilight "He's watching her sleep. How is that not Rape-ey" Or when Dean was emotional, "Oh God, I'm being Patterson"

Its actually quite common. Apparently every episode title has a reference to some popular culture.
This time around they hit twilight which everybody knows
