Yes. Division 1.1 is the highest division, Division 2.1 and 2.2 are both on the same tier. Fairly big increase in my T20 ranking and a nice world ranking increase in OD although I only gained one country place.

8 rank increase in OD in Bangladesh and nearly 100 places gained in the World, lost 3 placed in country for T20 but gained 19 in the World and a huge decrease in Youth, 3 places in country and 92 place drop in the world.
