Your and mine youth match ratings are just about the same so it doesn't matter much. The only advantage I have is that I have decent 16 and 17 year old players.

It seems that I ought to have some patience regarding my team now. I have some 16 year ones with ratings above 25K, (one guy with reasonable bowling), so I am sure my youth team has a healthy future.
