When I power on/ lift the lid to wake up from sleep mode the display shows a grey screen with black & white bands, sometimes if I watch carefully into it I can see what the last window was open on my laptop Attaching some pics to relate my issue. It happens occasionally during wake up/restart (even in recovery mode)/power ON. after signing in Windows It's works perfectly awesome.

Reinstalled the intel UHD Graphics drivers several times but nothing changed. (Currently using the Latest driver v30.0.101.1069)
When connected to external monitor using HDMI, It's fine on external monitor and when I reinstall the intel UHD driver with the help of external monitor my laptops screen refreshes and works correctly.

Any Tech Expert here? Please help...

Exactly I'm not sure of the cause. But my laptop also have the same issue. I can notice windows explorer boundary marks when I am on desktop. Took to dell store (service centre) and they replied it's because of not removing charger once the battery capacity is full or there is something wrong with the power supply that causes screen fluctuations. Changed power sockets and started removing charger after 100%. It's fine now.

Sorry, advice would have been to use the latest drivers but you seem to have already done that. Sometimes the loose connections at the back of the monitor can cause weird behaviour too.
Thanks for the reply.
Might be a case then I think there is need to contact the Service centre but the only thing I'm not getting is, It happens only when I lift the lid and press power button to turn on or while trying to wake up the laptop, no issues once I signed in the windows.

For me, It happens both on battery or plugged in. Is it similar?

Let me try this too, after or before 100%?
Which power sockets you use? I mean the power ratings.

It happens both on and off plug in.
I'm using Surge protector & safety shutter. You can get it on Amazon.

This issue is called as dead pixel problem, it happens on screens where the pixels tend to display old values on them, and fail to completely update the viewport.

Had this issue with my Moto G4 plus, unfortunately there's no solution to it. You need to replace the display.

If it is really dead pixel problem then shouldn't It also happen when windows is running? Tried all kinds of online tests and youtube videos for it even the hp hardware diagnostics software passed all tests.

That's why I don't play games when my laptop charge is above 80% I reduce the battery below 50% and play

Sounds strange. Wouldn't below 50% battery die earlier as compared to 80%? So why have lesser battery?
In laptop you need to plug the charger in order to use gpu in maximum performance and I don't want to overcharge the battery

can someone have idea why i m getting background process without any name for thr first 2 process

Are they present every time when you boot or only at certain times? Typical windows 11 :lol. Due to all this, I reverted to windows 10. And can you confirm your build number, the ring you are in, and if you can see the battery remaining time?

Have a similar issue with my ASUS laptop as well, the service guys told me last year to replace the led but I didn't.

The problem appears only randomly and seems to get fixed randomly so I am not bothered about it.

Also I guess Manish maybe right last year when WFH I used my personal laptop for work in the initial 6 months and the battery was plugged most of the time so the issue was mostly visible and used to get disappear on its own.

But ever since using the office system my personal laptop usage is down so whenever I use the laptop these days I hardly see that weird screen.
