Your team doesn't have to go on to win the match for you to play match winning innings! You're only 1 of 11 players! I could quite easily be you and say Sachin has 12 not outs in the 4th innings compared to Inzamam's 8. Even though it is true, I don't do it because you have to look at the bigger picture.

When I have watched both of them play, on pure talent that you can see by watching them, Tendulkar is miles ahead - You really feel as if you are watching something special when you see him on good form, yet Inzamam even when I watched him score a century, did not look in the same class whatsoever.

Wow new excuses to prove that Inzy sucks, Sachin elegant? does it make him a better batsman? what about when he chokes? The only time a statistic matters to you, is if Sachin is ahead in it, but there haven't been too many of those other than overall career.

But just looking into it a LITTLE shows that Inzamam is better.

To be fair, a lot of those people wouldn't have read anything etc. From the outside sachin seems better because everyone calls him god, hes indias hero etc (plus Indians make up about 1/3 to half of this forum) but once you read into it and think about it its pretty even.

Yes, no one cares about how much the fans praise him but the reality matters, which are the insight stats and they prove that Inzy was a match winner, he used to play according to situation and he fired up when the team needed him badly
