I, and many other have been able to answer them, you then just rehash them over and over...
No matter what you say, our opinions will not change ;).
Are you serious?

You almost never answer them. You just start attacking and harassing me about how my comments are idiotic and stupid.

Grow up, please. And if your opinions are not going to change, then first, why do you keep coming back to this thread, and second, why are you on a discussion board if you have no intentions to change your opinion?

Kind of a waste of time for people like you, isn't it.

Your team doesn't have to go on to win the match for you to play match winning innings! You're only 1 of 11 players! I could quite easily be you and say Sachin has 12 not outs in the 4th innings compared to Inzamam's 8. Even though it is true, I don't do it because you have to look at the bigger picture.

When I have watched both of them play, on pure talent that you can see by watching them, Tendulkar is miles ahead - You really feel as if you are watching something special when you see him on good form, yet Inzamam even when I watched him score a century, did not look in the same class whatsoever.

Here, here. When I see Sachin, I feel elegance. When I see Inzamam, all I see is one of those fat people you see in village cricket who just use brute force to get his runs.

Wow new excuses to prove that Inzy sucks, Sachin elegant? does it make him a better batsman? what about when he chokes? Inzy fat village guy using his force to get runs? nope thats not true, Inzy can stay at the crease for hours and hours unlike Sachin whenever he is on pressure, he will give his wicket away and put his other team mates in trouble facing the target

Guess what? Monty Panesar has the PERFECT technique, yet he just can't get bat onto ball.

Is he better than say, Michael Vaughan? I don't think so.

You guys are CLUTCHING AT STRAWS now, and you know it.

Lol, I think 69-22 shows who is "clutching at straws".

zMario, I respect your opinion but how about you call it a day? You're not going to agree with Sachin fans and the Sachin fans aren't going to agree with you. It's getting a little repetitive at this point.

Votes don't show much, except the number of fans he has.

Monty Panesar has many fans, yet he can't bat :p

Every statistic I post, you decide to say "it doesn't matter"

The only time a statistic matters to you, is if Sachin is ahead in it, but there haven't been too many of those other than overall career.

But just looking into it a LITTLE shows that Inzamam is better.

To be fair, a lot of those people wouldn't have read anything etc. From the outside sachin seems better because everyone calls him god, hes indias hero etc (plus Indians make up about 1/3 to half of this forum) but once you read into it and think about it its pretty even.

Yes, no one cares about how much the fans praise him but the reality matters, which are the insight stats and they prove that Inzy was a match winner, he used to play according to situation and he fired up when the team needed him badly :)

Lets take a look at the averages of batsmen, whom many of us considers some of the great players ever to play cricket and some 'would-be' future greats, in matches where their team has won.

R.Ponting- 63.75
B.Lara- 61.02
M.Hayden- 57.03
Sir Viv- 52.43
R.Dravid- 71.54
G.Smith- 63.55
J.kallis- 64.14
Chanderpaul- 56.26
G. Gooch- 56.73
A. Glichrist- 54.83
K. Pietersen- 55.48
M. Clarke- 50.35
J.Langer- 48.41
S. Gavaskar- 43.97
S.Waugh- 69.46
M.Waugh- 48.91
Desmond Haynes- 45.92
J.Miandad- 59.65
Haniff Mohammed- 23.75
Allan Border- 51.38
D. Bradman- 130.08

So, only batsman, who averages more in winning matches is than Inzamam is Great Donald Bradman!
Conclusievely, Inzamam>Tendulkar, Lara, Ponting, Kallis, Dravid, Border, Richards, Gavaskar, Waugh, Gilchrist......
What a discovery!

Well Inzamam is really way up there - after 49 tests to average 78?

Yep, second to Don Bradman.

All hail Inzamam

Look i dunno who is the best of the two but i am a fan of both of them and i think that they can both give bowlers nightmares(then no matter if its mendis, btw to me his face itself is a like a nightmare):)
