Getting totally sloshed tonight for the first time in quite a while. 10 cans of Bulmers seems a good way to start and I'll see what I can nick once those have been consumed if I still can drink :laugh

If you're going to drink all of them don't do what I did last week and for a bet attempt to down 12 pints worth. Was doing alright up to the 10th and thought that I might pull it off without completely losing it.

Had the 10th and can't remember what happened after that at all. Next thing I remember is its 4:30 pm the next day and I'd fallen asleep watching the cricket. I got told I'd continued drinking all twelve then moved onto a bottle of vodka. I'd also then thrown up slightly at the bloke's house the party was at got it on my shirt then fallen asleep on the sofa. Next morning I was still completely drunk biked home without a top on put on the cricket and fallen asleep.

Oh how I wish this was a joke.

Man, we are really bad at keeping this thread up.

So my first batch of Mr. Beer beer came out. Wasn't expecting anything special (the kit was a gift) and it was about decent. Tastes more like cider than like beer--I feel like I may have cut the fermentation process short a bit too early. I'm hoping letting it condition a bit more will save the rest of the batch--I have about 3 liters of it left!

I know it works with Jack Daniels. Experimented with Chivas. Seemed like a shame doing that to such a nice scotch, but I can't stand it neat. Not yet anyways.
