The Best Batsman Ever??

I used to play ICC 2000 for a very long time. I found this forum and thought i would share my best batsman with with you. he was totally invincible. But i could play with him till he was only 28 coz after that year my game crashed . I got his records till 27. he was getteing better and better every year. i still have the save games bt don't have the game it was deleted somehow. heres some of his records i saved when i had the game.. what do u think?? is he the best??

i think the innings was played after you saved his record...

because in his career it shows that HS is 1002 and here you have scored 1114...

but anyways, best batsmen i have seen in ICC, if cheats or editing is not done

yes he played the innings in the last year i played with him.. and the records are till the previous year..
and no cheats or editng was used i can assure u that.

yea it kind of gets buggy after scoring over 1000. I remember i had some bigger scores around 1400 bt they don't show up in the record

Well on the older versions or ICC, when you got like 40 years into the future, most games/saves had a few god player's.

In one of my games there was this youth player team who scored 100 in every innings in the second team, he was averaging like 250 in the second team but it cost so much to buy him, like more money than my whole club had, as he was such a god like player.

I got a screen-shot somewhere, if I find it I will post it.

I've never played online, but apparently there are some people on there with their saves in like 2070 who have five all-rounders in their team all with batting averages of like 70, and bowling averages of like 15. I'm not 100% sure if that's true though.

I also think so, that as you go more and more ahead in the game, the quality of players is increased greatly...

May be it is one of the bugs, or the developers are thinking that really the standard of this game will go up in future

I think this sort of thing only happened before ICC2008. Since then I haven't seen any outstanding players. Apart from Hughes and Mendis...:sarcasm

In my Nottinghamshire save, there are a few batsman above 2000.

These are the best in order (above 2000):

2431, 2334, 2306, 2296, 2276, 2204, 2050

Most of the best batsman are Australia.

In my NZ save, a regen opener has come along in around 2013.
In his second year in the game he already has a salary of 70,500, which is pretty much my highest outside Jesse Ryder.
He hit a 100 in his third ODI, but in two tests only scored like 50 runs altogether.
He had a FC averse off over 70 in 30 games, but that dropped to 65 after he failed in two tests.

But in icc 2009 i don't get any super batsmen..there r a few who ask huge salaries bt they r not that good. Though in aus side theres a batsman n nye. He's superb..avg around 75 in fc n test. Bt i'm not sure if he is a regen..
