Yes. New captains should be selected through poll. I think this will be very interesting if new players vote. Bcoz they dont know about abilities & activity of current senior players.

No, I am not dead, I am well alive. The reason behind my quiescence has simply been the lack of constructive activity around the forum. Since we are off to our second season, let's hope to continue, and raise the quality of this thread/competetion in comparison to last year.

All is looking good at the moment. And welcome to our newcomers. Personally, I agree with all the suggestions ZoraxDoom laid in front of us. In fact, I think many people were getting quite frustrated with being in the second team last year, despite their vivid activity in the thread. With 3 main teams at hand, with each one randomized to have eqaual strength and quality, more people will have the opportunity of getting into the teams and enjoy our luxurious tours.

And by the way, I would be really pleased to have my player attributes updated. While Amodh mentioned that we are receiving too many all rounders at the moment, I would not like to change my player type, but ask him to take the bashing out on the newcomers. By the way, instead of creating a whole new player attribute list, I had simply updated my old sign up form with the updated particularities.
