I don't understand what you are
You say you are a all rounder, then your batting attributes are 702{max 650 for bowler 750 allrounder} and your bowling attributes are within bowler's limit.

If you want to be a bowler change yourself into a bowler in the type and your batting attributes should be decreased to 650.
