Well, it was an average innings for us, but hopefully us bowlers will contain and take wickets. My ripping 'armballs' will hopefully do its job

Welcome to Lords for the 4th match between Counter Warriors
and Royal Ramblers​

The openers r in the middle and lets join the live action.. The

counter warriors batted superbly making a good start and scoring

nicely... The score reaching 78/1 after 12 ovrs.. and then the

spinners got the grip on the dusty pitch and they made life

difficult for the batsmen.. the last 8 overs producing just 41

runs... Vickyrox and Xuzuno bowled well and conceeded only 33

runs from their 8 ovrs and a wicket... Wildwill continued his good

form from the last match and scored a scratchy half century...

Finally Counter warriors managed to make only 119/1 from their

20 ovrs.. Royals needing 120 runs from 120 balls for victory on

the dusty pitch..

Second innings will be updated tomorrow.....

Waaaa!!!:crying My kit is not selected. Oh well, I don't really mind...

2nd Innings

As expected Aamir and KX opened the innings for Ramblers... the target was always going to be

easy for the batting team so they batted slowly making sure that wickets r not thrown

away..Nailclaw picking the first wicket in the 11th Over a Maiden wicket over.. KX and Aamir took

66 balls for scoring 40 runs and then it was always going to be a difficult task for the rest of

the batsmen... 80 runs required from the remaining 9 ovrs... Then with some good hitting they

finally managed to maintain the run rate.. 23 runs were required from the last two overs and then

Nailclaw bowled a magical over a maiden over yes the 19th over was a maiden over his spell of 4 ovrs-2 maidens-11runs-1 wkt... So it meant

ramblers requiring a mamoth 23 runs from the last over and they could manage only 14 runs and

lost by 8 runs.

A lot of work for Viral and his team as they have to win 4 out of the next 5 matches to win the series.
