Interview with Sunil Gavaskar​

Hello everyone. Welcome to cricket crazy with your host Sunil Gavaskar. Tonight we have one of the most talented players from the CCPC’s Counter Warriors. He has joined the club just this season but he is proving to be a good promising all rounder for CW and he is none other than Khalek.

SG: Welcome to the show khalek

Khalek: Thanks a lot Sunil. It feels great to be here in your show tonight

SG: you have performed very well so far in the current CCPC season. How do you feel about that?

Khalek: It feels great. CCPC is a club that helps many young cricketers to be recognized and selected for the international side. It feels great to play in this prestigious club.

SG: We all know that T20 is not a friendly format for bowlers but you have been bowling very well. I guess everyone will be expecting to see some great performance from you in the coming Test and OD series.

Khalek: Yes Sunil… I have been very fortunate to keep the bowling tight and get few wickets for the team. Yes the Test and OD series will be the important ones so I have to concentrate more on that.

SG: Tell us about the team Counter Warriors. What else can we expect from the team?

Khalek: Counter Warriors are the real warriors in the cricket ground. We cannot be underestimated as we have some of the greatest players in the team like WC, Tarzan, ashwin and many more.

SG: And what can you say about your opposition team, Royal Ramblers?

Khalek: Well Ramblers are a great team with many experienced players like KX, Shubhrayu, Aamir, Viral and many more. It’s great to play with them and it feels even better when you get them out or when you make them struggle to get runs.

SG: So khalek the inaugural ICPC will be starting soon, what do you expect from it?

Khalek: Yeah I am really looking forward to the tournaments coming up. I will be playing for ICPC Pakistan team. Shubhrayu has been doing a fantastic job. I hope this tournament will be a big success and all cricket fans will enjoy it.
