Thanks rabs and amiya !
Amiya you can update 2nd innings if you are free else I will update this once I reach home from office around 1800 IST

Welcome back here at Harare for the 2nd innings of match between WW and VV. WW has set a very much achievable target of 232. Pitch is still in very good condition, it will surely help batsmen IF they are able to take advantage of it.

Wolverines are there in the ground and here comes Viper’s opening duo Bladescape and Tarzan. It’s a gamble by Viper’s captain who have sent bladescape to open the innings as he has just bowled 8 overs and he might be exhausted. We will have to wait and watch if this gamble turns into the favor of Vipers. Tarzan has got lots of experience behind him and he will be target man for the bowlers at the moment.
Just when the innings started we saw there was some lack of communication and understanding between both openers and they were not able to adjust so well with each other and Wolverine bowler took full advantage of this, Sid and company lead them to a dead slow run rate of 2.26 in 1st 15 overs.

Sid and CP were enjoying there bowling and so did Covvy and Xuzuno. Though this partnership was frustrating but they were not worried as run rate was well below what was required. Both batsmen reached their half centuries. It was good but slow partnership between those and now they were well settled at crease. After 35 overs they were 128/0.

Run rate was rising and so was the pressure. Just when it was least expected by vipers , bladescape fell into the hands of Navin on a wonderful delivery by Covvy.
Tarzan was next to follow his opening partner. He was dismissed at 69 by CP55. This was major breakthrough into the innings and wolves were celebrating that by tossing tuaha in the air ….Oh ofcourse they catch him after tossing into air !

Ashwin and Lezdep used all text book shots to pick up the run rate but may be it was time to think out of text book. Vipers were not able to raise the bar of run rate and target was looking more unachievable after each delivery.Vipers scored 9 runs in 5 overs.

Wolverines bowling squad was doing nothing wrong and they were in driving seat at the moment. Last over was to be bowled by Shubhrayu himself.
Shubhrayu bowled an outswinger which kissed ashwin’s bat and fell directly into hands of Tom. Tom dint even have to move a bit to catch this. Hey wait but we haven’t seen Tom moving at all in last couple of hours. Vice captain UrsOnly11 who was standing at slip was shouting Wake Uppppp Tom we are about to win ! And this shout of VC turned into reality just after couple of deliveries and Wolves picked up a good victory and walked out of the ground with stumps in their hands.
