Time has come to decide the champions for the oldest form of the game ...Test...

We are here at Sydney , weather is cool and conditions are good to play a 5 day game

Both teams have performed exceptionally well so far.


Vipers won the toss and elected to bat first. Quite interesting to see bat first decision on a Green pitch.


Vipers started off with a bad first session. They lost 2 wickets

at the score of 82 , Aswhin managed to reached his fifty but

wickets were falling at regular intervals. None of the batsmen

managed to a get good score on the board. Vipers looking as if

they were not in mood of playing. Funknath and Bladescape

were on the crease. Both had some different mindset and level

of confidence was remarkable. Now this was the time when

Lions went for sleep and Vipers did their job and got 422 on

the board.

Lions were on the crease now , they need to put a big total on the board if they want this game to keep alive.

Lions started off with a slow pace. First session was quite boring as well.But then the fun started..... No Lions were still not able to score, the fun was at other side. KX was able to reach his fifty but just alike Ashwin he also saw his partners departing from other end. Vipers were able to pickup wickets at regular intervals. After bowling a good spell now Neo95 and Vaibhy tried to save the ass of Lions but did not succeed much. Lions ended 1st innings at a score of 262.

ursonly11 added 14 Minutes and 23 Seconds later...

Vipers knew their job for the moment and they did it well. A quick innings by all the batsmen and they put a rock solid target for Lions.

Again a good knock by Ashwin led them to one step closer to victory.

Graphs are self explanatory that how Lions were hammered all over the ground.

Lions started chasing the total to win the Crown. Openers did not perform well and thrashed the hope of their fans. Viral and Amiya tried their best to keep the hope alive but the star performer Funknath got rid of both and LL innings collapsed like anything.

It was last 20 mins of the game and lions had 2 wickets in hand. They have to save those 2 wickets.

But Shalin did not let them do so and Vipers registered an amazing victory.

Vipers are the Test champions.​

at ursonly in one part of the commentary you said how the lions got smashed to all parts of the ground.. I wouldn't call at just over 2 an over being 'hammered all over the ground.'
