i would suggest that first draft all the active players into 4-8 teams as per requirement. pmthe inactive members, set a deadline for them to respond and draft the members responding to the teams and fill up the rest of the spots by bidding international retired players and use the money for prize money of the tournament.

^ Nope. That will be too large a tournament. Keep it short and simple. I say 3/4 teams having PC members + some intl stars. And maybe team owners? We should also change the sim software. Cricket 2007 is way too unrealistic.

I think we should not switch to Cricsim, I mean then what is the difference between CCPC and other tournaments which are simmed via Cricsim

In Cricsim, the cricket is realistic but there will be no graphical presentation during matches so it will be boring and in Cricket 07 its the other way around.

The worst thing that the CCPC could do is move to cricsim if you ask me.
