I dedicate this to the legendary Trans-Tasman rivalry in cricket which i grew up watching as a kid and also, the players involved in its legacy.
This will be a 6 team tournament featuring three teams from Australia and three teams from New Zealand to determine which of these two nations has the last laugh in this fierce rivalry.

For those of you wondering on what basis the divisions have been made,the A teams resemble the teams in 2002,B teams resemble the teams in 2007 while the C teams resemble the probable teams in the near future when these two nations meet again.




THE FORMAT:

* ALL THE MATCHES WILL BE 2 DAY MATCHES.
* EACH TEAM WILL HAVE ITS INNINGS ON EACH DAY.
* A MAXIMUM OF 100 OVERS PER EACH SIDE.
* ONE INNINGS PER SIDE
* A MAXIMUM OF 20 OVERS PER BOWLER
* 40 OVERS OF POWERPLAYS

Stuey didn't play many ODIs.Did he?
I'll probably simulate the matches using Cricket 07.
I'm yet to decide on the game format.50 overs or T20.
May be i'll go with what you guys want.

I was planning to actually narrate this series as a story but,having members manage either of the teams wouldn't be a bad idea to be honest.
So,yeah...interested members can let me know and i will go ahead accordingly.

also 1 question in the Australia C team, why is Johnson captain and you forgot the i in Hauritz

well hauritz is the only one in that line up that captained the U19 Australian side but Hopes captains the QLD side.

I'd be happy to manage New Zealand A, looks like a pretty strong side.

I think the NZ C side is the weakest side and Australia C will be weakened by having Cameron White as captain.
