Kolpak players are the non-international players from South Africa, Australia and New Zealand that aren’t considered overseas because of EU labour laws, that weren’t eligible in the “local” rounds. Pretty much anyone playing for any county - that isn’t an international for a country other than England, Scotland or Ireland - is eligible for the next round, you don’t really need to worry if their Kolpak or not because they’re eligible either way.
