The Oval - lock stand covered

I've just been told I have tickets in the above stand (row Q) for the Scotland match at the Oval in the World T20. Looking forward to going to the Oval for the first time... looks like great Cricket ground.

Anyone got any info on the lock stand - is it a good place to watch, how covered is row Q??

Not watched from that stand, but if you were looking from the OCS stand it's the Left most double tier stand (Left of the pavilion that is). Q is going to be near the back and thus is covered.

Sorry to revive the thread, I'm off on Saturday to the T20 and we're in Row E of the Lock Stand (Upper) - do you happen to remember if this would be covered or not?
