Sign ups re-opened. All the teams that sign up will likely start in the bottom division, or will go in the place of a team that is not active in getting it's matches done.

We do want sign ups at this stage to get ready for the next competition and perhaps replace Kookas.

The next person to sign up will take Kookas place at the end of this season. After that they will enter into a new group at the bottom or replace an inactive team.
