Can anybody gives me some tips on how to time shots perfectly?
I am usine the hard mode.

In pratice session I do time strokes very well, but not in the game play. I can never get the front foot cover drive or the straight drive to the boundry. I try to play the stroke (pressing & holding the S key) as soon as the ball is released from the bowler's hand. Is this the correct timing? or the D key just before the ball is released for advance shot.

Many thanks

My time is that a front foot shot should be played when the ball is just about to pitch, and a backfoot shot between leaving hand and pitching, and for these the timings are ok, although this is for fast/medi-fast bowlers

You don't hold the wsad keys- you hold the arrow keys (direction) and press wsad when you want to play the shot

Is there some sort of a guide available in the forums? I am getting sick of having to score runs using a few shots and not being able to use the remaining.

Has anyone ever got the square drive timing right in hard mode? It looks so ugly!
