Panel of Selectors
Here is my new (written) story about Rugby. I will be playing it on EA Rugby 06 and I shall play as plenty of different teams.
The 2006 Year shall consist of:
- The Six Nations
- The Summer Tours (ie. Wales in Argentina)
- The Tri Nations
- The Autumn Internationals
- Smaller Nations Trophy (some of the teams not in top 10, ie. Spain, Fiji.)
The World Cup Year in 2007 shall consist of:
- The Six Nations
- The Tri Nations
- World Cup Warm-up Matches
- The Rugby World Cup
There shall be text reports of each match. There will occasionally be coaches and players views.
After every major tournament, I shall put up how the world rankings have changed.
Fixtures after 2007 shall appear when I get to that period of time.
At the end of each season (April/July), I shall provide a domestic round-up which will be completely made up.
HOW THE WORLD RANKING SYSTEM WORKS
- Every team starts the game with a rating number, this shall be their starting world ranking number.
- Each time a team wins at home, they gain one point. Each time they draw at home, they gain no points. Each time they lose at home, they lose two points!
- Each time a team wins away, they gain two points. Each time they draw away, they gain one point. Each time they lose away, they lose one point.
- It is impossible for a world ranking above 125. (at the moment)
Join me again soon for some Six Nations 06 action! - Can reigning champions Wales keep hold of the title, or will one of the other 5 teams bring a different perspective to Northern Hemisphere rugby.
