I think you misread his post completely. He said that India is nearby to Pakistan, so if something happens the Indian players are not far from home.

In my opinion its easy to say that,because almost all teams (except India,which is ready to tour Pak ealry 2009) are not willing to tour there!!Also that implies that Pak board not getting enough money....
