Will the players' rating change after few matches based on their activity?

My bad, thought AK meant will it reduce if inactive. It doesn't. Will it increase if active, definitely

I have one doubt. If all the players are rated equally, what is the point of having an auction? Let's just have a draft or something and get over with it.

I'm saying this because rating all the players equally takes away the very point of differentiating players' by their calibre. Let me know if my understanding is wrong about this.

I had the same doubt. A few hours ago, I asked Yash will the performance of Gaurav, Vishal, and Maddgenius be the same since they all are specialist batsmen. And Yash said "Yes".
After that, I had decided to leave Ali, you, Gaurav, asprin, etc. for other teams and buy Maddgenius, Vallabh, Ajith, etc. at a very low price.

Why waste money for experienced players if new players will do the same performance and will be available at a lower price.

Thanks for this post otherwise I would have made a big mistake in the auction.

At start they all will be rated equally then I believe all teams will have the option of buying improvements and later on activity bonus too but at start of auction all will be same because during PCPL a few owners had problem with some players being rated differently for various reasons before auctions.
