Training Advice Needed

This guy seems a good player. I bought him a while back. However, after six games he averages only 27. I don't know whether I should wait till the training changes and train his stamina and concentration, as his wage suggests he is mid-proficient which is quite good for me. Another option is to sell him and buy someone else. If I was to sell him, how much would you pay for him, or how much would you reckon I'd get if I sold him?

I'd say, 100,000 - 150, 000. No one would go higher considering:
A) Secondaries are poor
B) Old(ish)
C) English (Less of a NT prospect, and abundancy in younger English players as good or better)

So, still a decent amount. Not a trainee, but a good stop-gap player for a weaker team.

but after week 8 ihs secondaries will go up quicker so possibly with better secondaries +stamina 200l
