Training older players

My Best player is 24, is there any point training him?

Stamina: feeble Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: abysmal Concentration: mediocre
Bowling: proficient Consistency: feeble
Fielding: mediocre

You should train him, he will pop faster in consistency and stamina is same for all ages anyway.

So roughly, Stamina+ bowling/fielding/wicketkeeping nets(at least one of the three, depending on net space etc, i'd go for a bowling net...)

Id say it depends on what other options you have got,if he's one of the best prospect that your team has then Id train him.Over the long run Id prefer trying to hunt the T-market or get lucky with my YP and train him over a period of time.
