Well I'm unsure what to do with Fieldhouse's net now. Don't think he needs training in any other area so I'll give it to someone else. Roff is currently on 1 batting, 2 bowling, 1 fielding and 1 stam. Strydom is on 2 bat, 1 keep and 1 stam. Where should I put my final net. Could give Strydom a fielding net to help his concentration catch up, or I could use a keeping net for Roff to also close that batting/conc gap. Otherwise, I could give a batting net to Bittner.

Hehe sadly that is what happens with those players that are out of sync. It will even out if you train him till 23 although his consistency will be so far ahead that you will start worrying about his wages.
