was a bit siapdted tbh. i put 12 on bowling and cons

Pretty much, resp is where you want them to be as bare minimum. I've heard you should really have the primary and secondary matching or else the primary isn't worth as much.

I am going to put the field back on him once his PFL gets to sublime. Actually stuff that, I am going to do that now.

I did the predictor thing (on 2 bowling, 1 stamina and 1 fielding) and this is what I got:

Stamina: Superb
Bowling: Remarkable
Fielding: Mediocre
Consistency: Proficient

He'll look really good, I would keep 1 bowling net on him for a few more seasons to get cons up and of course get the bowling further.

Remarkable is a good enough level, just depends on who you have to train once you get him there. If you got no one keep training him if you have someone then stop.

About consistency: definitely it is priority

Now you can pick the reasoning apart a little, but they're all fifth division players with long enough records. It's a very good argument to focus on secondaries.

Are you aiming to kill him? Cause you will be very sucessful if you dont change those nets, the nets will vary depending on how many trainees you have

train his stamina till he is prof, give him 2*bat, 1*wk till he is 20, then 1*bat and 1*wk till he is 23...
