After much heart-searching last night I decided to train Earle as a batsman rather than an all-rounder. Put him on 3 batting nets and a stamina and as I hoped, he popped, meaning his bowling is low respectable and this confirms my decision Looking to get him into the U19 team, possibly, but will need to find an extra net from somewhere to achieve this.
