When he comes out to bat "Mmm Bop!" plays over the speakers

Just concentration for Ludlam.

Lower fitness lowers perfomance. But some players can do well under lively. Depends on their skills. Lower the skills, higher the PFL should be to do okay. Higher skilled players can afford to be on lower PFL.

Looks like Eddie could do with some of Pradnesh's secondaries! What nets have you got him on? and seeing how he is 19 will you be reducing his nets come next season? I'd work on those secondaries now, get them up, his primary is brilliant but his consistency will let him down at times.

Currently 2 bowling, 1 fielding and as of yesterday I gave him a keeping. I'm not sure yet for next season, as I want to train an allrounder, which will take up 6-8 nets. So I still want to get his secondaries up but then I also need another specialist bat. So it's going to be a choice between better secondaries or a batsman. I'm leaning for better secondaries though, as on his day he can do a great deal of damage.

A destructive player with respectable leadership skills and woeful experience.
Stamina: mediocre Wicket Keeping: worthless

just a few fitness pops and he should be all set :)

How much of an effect would two fielding nets have compared to a bowling/fielding net combo on a player's consistency (considering this player is 22 and a primary pop is quite unlikely)?

the second fielding net has no contribution to the secondaries...
