A 19 year old isn't the best for training at all. To take him to superb on 1 bowl, would take approximately 3 seasons if he is a low prof. 1 bowl and 1 field will increase both the concentration and consistency more so the consistency the concentration will pop around 13 weeks at a time and won't be useful in a realistic amount of time, if you really want to get it to pop faster then you can add a batting net.

Next time, before you go and buy someone ask here and we'll be happy to prevent you from making similar mistakes in the future.

Never thought he would turn out to be such a good all rounder... here is an example to all the nooobs out there, Mbeki's bowling used to be Med/Resp and his batting was Med/Feeble and I trained him because i had nothing else to train when i was starting

Ive got the two hardest things to train out of the way early, the keeper and the all rounder... all should be quite simple from now on
