Youth Pull

I pulled this 17 year old from my youth academy. I was hoping for a decent batsman and put ITS on batting, concentration and stamina, and only got Fee-Med-Med, but surprisingly got respectable keeping after no ITS on keeping. Is he worth training and/or close to popping any skills soon?
I can't decide if I should train or sell him :S
