Yes it is...
I've been watching my boys at training, and I will be looking to make a few chances to our line-up, and our batting order.
To bad I don't have any more practice matches to test anything out.
The loss won't set me back too much though, as I learnt some stuff about certain players.
Look for us to be around the middle of division two, at the end of the season.

Yeah I can't win everything.
My record is currently:

1st in WPL - my first time competing.
2nd in IPL PC Style - my first time competing.

I have to let some other people win some of these leagues.

RE: Flintoff. He has one of the best OD bowling records in the game.
A bowling average of 22.61 and an E/R of 4.16... Don't know how that accounts to a bad rating.
Also a batting average of 30 and a S/R of 88... Some pretty great statistics.

Harris one of the most economical bowlers in the world 2 overs for 26.
Kallis 6 over's for 54... Vettori the leading ODI bowler 7 overs for 45.
Not sure what Vettori was up to with the bat, a normally aggressive player...
Players who I thought were good draft picks, obviously weren't, must be some surprises in the player ratings.

The quicker you realize that all I do is give a player an average and that I don't have all these players at the local Cricket Club playing out the match the better. I can't control strike rates or how agressive they are so there is no point in whining when a player doesn't perform exactly to his real life average..

Also, I won't be doing the little write ups anymore sorry, I tried but I honestly don't have the time or patience and with about 120 matches to sim it will bore me. I will be asking to be moved to the Leagues section.

That is right.
It is totally upto the sim.
I think the managers should be given their due respect for managing the league to the best of their ability,which I think Biggy has done tremendously well.
