but now the window was not closed yet still some teams unconfirmed thier players...so why i cant

That makes no sense, this is the drafts where you choose players for your squad. When it comes to the trading window, that's when you can trade with others depending if your squad somewhat sucks or just particular players who are out of form.
 
Bradman is allowed so we can pick the players who are no longer alive ??
