Microsoft server had problem since May and they are trying to fix it. I had read this in somewhere.
Perhaps some hackers had "seen" there pages in my opinion

I uninstalled Comodo Firewall and Bingo!!!!
If you have any security settings on your computer mani,uninstall them and try downloading it.But,don't forget to install the firewall and Av after installing Visual C#.:cool:
