I decided to Create This Tutorial For People Who Dont Know How to Install
Pitch ADS/AdBoards/Ropes etc.
This Tutorial Is Step-By-Step.So i dont think anyone wud be having a Difficulty To Practice it.
Before Trying Out This Tutorial Please Extract Everything From the ".GOB" File
Which is Inside The "data" Folder of the "CRICKET 2005 root Directory".
To Do this You Require bigGUI
Also, For Editing The Graphical Files Of C2k5 u'll need FSHed .
Back to the Tutorial
FOR ADBOARDS :-
Here is a Sample AdBoard For Your Practice - Sample Adboard
Extract it to a folder.
I have used Kolkata Stadium For This Tutorial.The Name of the Stadium File
is "aa1f14f190e4a485d0587b8c92df764f.fsh". Just Search For it in the Folder
where you have extracted the ".GOB" Files. Use The FSHed Editor To Open it.
After opening it, U'll See Various Files.The Once Which are INDICATED And Squared
are the AdBoards.
Now Select "adda" and Click on the Button which is Indicated in the picture
Then,Click on "NEW"
Then,Select The Sample Adboard i Posted and click on "Open".
You will See the preview as indicated.Then Click on "Update".
After That u should see the Adboards as shown in the pic.
Do the Same Procedure For "addb" and "addc"
MAKE SURE TO SAVE IT.
FOR ROPES :-
Click On "rope" which is shown in the pic and follow the same
procedure used for adboards.
FOR PITCH ADS :-
I used the normal pitch in England and Wales. The Name of the File is
"bc9ca3950f0a9d8bc6ef5264df44da3c.fsh". Use The FSHed to open it.
After Opening Click on "ptad" as shown in the pic.
Then Follow the same procedure as used for "adboards"
In this way, u can Edit Other Graphical Files like Bats,Stumps,balls etc.
According to me, Ropes,Stumps & Adboard Makers are benefited as they only
have to submit the ".bmp" files. People can import the bmp files by themselfs
using this tutorial and no need to submit the WHOLE STADIUM FILE.
